Testing Methods

Testing

  • Timely & Accurate quantitative results using high complexity testing methods (LC-MS/MS)
  • Specimen Validity Panel included- PH, Specific Gravity, Creatinine, and Oxidant
  • Page 1 Drug Adherence Report provides an easy guide for determining consistent results based off prescribed medication.
  • Opiates/Opioids results show breakdown of Metabolites derived from parent drug through phase 1 and/or phase 2 metabolic pathways.
  • Alcohol panel includes Biomarkers ETG & ETS to assist with determining alcohol consumption detection window.
  • Amphetamine/Methamphetamine Panel includes reflex testing to D&L Isomer review to rule out over the counter false positives. D Isomer > 20% consistent with illicit use of the drug
  • Oral Fluid Testing available for elderly and/or dialysis patients
Monthly Reporting

Field Support

  • A dedicated Account Representative (AP) will be assigned to your practice. Your AP can assist with the following areas of our drug monitoring program:
    • Provide testing & shipping supplies as needed
    • Courier & Shipping Services provided at no charge
    • Ordering tests, labeling, and preparing specimens for testing
    • Delivery of specimens to our Quality Control Center
  • Quality Control team will inspect each specimen for the following criteria before being shipped/delivered to Lab Partners:
    • Sufficient volume for testing
    • Meets chain of custody requirements
    • Contamination
    • Cup lids are secure and tight for shipping
    • Completely Sealed Specimen Bag to catch spills/leaks
Shipping Services

Reporting

  • Status reports for specimen tracking and delivery to Lab Partners.
  • Quantitative lab reports available within 72hrs of being received by Lab Partners
  • Access to our proprietary results portal that allows approved users to view, print, and download results from all of our Lab Partners.
  • Clients will receive instant alerts for positive illicit results: Cocaine, MDMA, Methamphetamine, PCP, Spice, and Heroin.
  • Receive customized monthly reports with overview of testing activity by location(s) & ordering provider(s) with dates of service included.
